Does it cost to get a quote?
No, all estimates are free! All you need to do to schedule an estimate is to call our office at (970) 454-2400.
Do we need to obtain a permit before beginning the project?
This varies based on the project. One of the services we provide during the building process is helping our customer obtain the appropriate building permits required to complete the project.
What type of materials do you use on your project?
On custom post frame projects we use the following materials:
• Engineered trusses that are built locally
• Machine stress rated lumber
• 29 gauge steel panels with a 40 year paint surface warranty
• Laminated posts with a lifetime warranty on the treated portion
For steel buildings and designs materials are provided by Behlen Building Systems.
How involved can I be in the design?
Our clients can be involved as they want! Most of the time our clients are very involved throughout the project.Our role is to make their ideas efficient and cost effective as possible.
What is the average timeline for projects?
Timelines vary with the scope and complexity of the project. We will be able to get you a more accurate timeline once we know more about your particular project!
